About Pam
Pam Wagner has spent more than twenty years showing up for people. As a volunteer, board member, community builder, and partner to the people she loves, showing up is simply who she is.
Pam grew up in Detroit, moved to Texas as a teenager, and graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Microbiology. She relocated to Southern California in the late 1990s and married entertainment veteran Robb Wagner, with whom she raised two children, Cleo and Ford.
What followed was two decades of quiet, consistent service. Pam volunteered anywhere her kids went, holding a board seat at Hollywood FC, a nonprofit youth soccer organization, and serving as league registrar with fiduciary responsibility for the confidential records of thousands of children.
She co-founded Refill90 in 2018, a grassroots initiative to eliminate single-use plastic from youth soccer tournaments, building a national community of organizations, players, and families around a shared mission.
She is a partner at Stimulated-Inc., a global creative studio where she uses her creativity and business skills.
What most directly shapes Pam's Care are the years she spent as an extra set of hands for three people she loved deeply, family members navigating some of the hardest periods of their lives. Not as a nurse or caretaker, but as someone who showed up, figured out what was needed, and made daily life a little more manageable during an incredibly difficult time. That experience taught her what genuine help looks like in practice, and what it feels like to receive it.
Her six years as a frontline client services volunteer at Burbank Temporary Aid Center, a food bank in the Los Angeles area, deepened something she already knew. Working directly with people in vulnerable moments, people who deserve dignity as much as anything else, confirmed that the most important thing you can offer someone who needs help isn't a service. It's your full attention and your genuine care.
That's the foundation of Pam Wagner and Pam's Care.
